1. Free 30-minute call
We start with a focused conversation about what you're running, what's breaking, and what you want to be true six months from now. No sales pitch, no deck. By the end of the call we'll have a shared view of whether we're the right team to help — and if we're not, we'll tell you that too.
2. Technical assessment
A structured review of your infrastructure, CI/CD, Kubernetes, IaC, observability, and security posture. You get a written findings document with prioritized recommendations and a realistic scope for what's worth doing first.
3. Hands-on implementation
We roll up our sleeves and do the work alongside your team — Terraform modules, Helm charts, CI/CD pipelines, ingress tuning, cloud migration phases, whatever the scope calls for. Everything checked into your repo, reviewed by your engineers, owned by you.
4. Knowledge transfer and handoff
By the end of the engagement your team runs the new setup. We document every pattern, pair with your engineers on operational playbooks, and stay available for follow-up questions for 3 months after handoff.
